Estimated within 2 business hours after receipt and the required information. Burnaby physical drop-off only. No charge; estimated within up to 3 business days after the device is received.

The deadline is for the estimate, not the completed repair. A physical inspection may be needed before a final quote is possible. Parts, repair labour, specialist handling and recovery work are quoted separately.

The scope is approved before work starts. An estimate cannot guarantee a successful repair or recovery.
