Portable computers
MacBooks, Windows notebooks, gaming laptops and Chromebooks. Screens, hinges, batteries, charging ports and board faults.
Laptops, desktops, all-in-ones, workstations and custom builds. The exact fault and parts availability determine what can be repaired.
The devices we work on
MacBooks, Windows notebooks, gaming laptops and Chromebooks. Screens, hinges, batteries, charging ports and board faults.
Office PCs, iMacs, workstations and custom gaming computers. Power, cooling, storage, memory and software problems.
Internal and external hard drives, SSDs, USB storage and multiple-drive systems. Recovery is assessed around the failure.

Current and established computer families
A recent model does not need a different enquiry form. Give the name you know, describe the fault and keep data preservation separate from replacement parts.
MacBook Air with M4 or M5, and MacBook Pro with M4 or M5 family chips, sit alongside older Apple silicon and Intel models. Include the screen size and model identifier where available. A charging, display or startup fault is assessed on the exact computer; model name alone does not establish the required part.
For an ASUS ROG Zephyrus G16, Strix or TUF, Lenovo Legion, Alienware, OMEN, MSI or Razer system, include the full model code rather than only “gaming laptop”. Describe whether the fault appears at idle, during a game or with an external display. Keep recent RAM, storage, graphics and cooling changes with the fault history.
ThinkPad, Latitude, Precision, EliteBook, Surface and other business systems may behave differently on their own charger, a USB-C dock or an external display. Say which combination fails and keep the charger or dock model available. You can start without opening the computer or knowing its processor.
Repair feasibility and parts availability are checked for the exact unit. These examples do not claim manufacturer authorisation or guarantee that every fault is repairable.
